DELMAR, DE, SEPTEMBER 2019<\/strong>- Brandon Ziska and Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development\nCompany recently closed on the sale of 64 +\/- acres located off of Route 13 and\nWhitesville Road in Delmar, DE. The land was purchased by General\nRefrigeration, who was represented by Matthew Trader in the\ntransaction. Trader comments, \u201cThe deal is set to have a massive economic\nimpact on the Town of Delmar\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Refrigeration will be\nexpanding from their 10,000 SF location on Stage Road into a 45,000 +\/- SF\nfacility. Not only are they increasing their footprint by four times their\ncurrent size, but they will be adding over thirty new jobs in the process. The\nproject is currently underway, with a timetable for completion at the end of\n2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
