The property traded at $284,300 and was purchased by a local investor who will be leasing the building to a vacation rental business. The building will be used for operations and reservations. Trader represented the seller in this transaction and Lipscomb represented the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trader comments, \"We have been working and closing a lot of deals, of all sizes, in Easton over the past few months. I am excited to get this one closed as well. I believe it\u2019s a sign of how much growth that market is seeing right now. This particular deal represents great value on both sides. I know the sellers have been trying to move this property for a long time and I was happy to bring it to fruition for them. I can\u2019t thank them enough for the opportunity to make it happen.
