Transform Your Life: How 136 Wellness Experiences in 90 Days Helped Me Overcome Trauma and Achieve Success<\/h1>\n

5 months ago, I was at the lowest point in my life. So low that I consider it a miracle that I\u2019m here and truly living this one precious life. \ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n

After a series of unfortunate events, my sister sued me, my husband, and our business for $100 million. To put it lightly, it was rough.<\/p>\n

All of my trauma history that I had thought was healed emerged like gaping infected wounds with no ointment or hope of healing in sight. After a decade of remission, I started to have panic attacks and was self-harming with aggressive nail-biting again. My anxiety was a 10\/10.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The hardest part?<\/em><\/p>\n

My husband was right there with me. We just fueled and festered in our victimhood and suffering together.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcf8 Picture this: We had just returned to Baltimore City after investing six weeks on our serene Idaho ranch, where nature\u2019s healing surrounded us, and where we were living out our retirement dream 30 years early.<\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

We come home to a dead heating and cooling systems and a $30K replacement estimate. We were already in legit credit card debt from paying gurus to teach us how to pivot our business model, only to learn their techniques did not work.<\/p>\n

I had a massive scarcity mindset with major shame, imposter syndrome, and self-hate as a result. Combine that with a court summons for this bogus lawsuit, and it was game over for me.<\/p>\n

And to top it off, our rowhome happens to be sandwiched between a bar that blasts their music and a home that was getting a full gut-job renovation.<\/p>\n

So, on this one fateful morning, I was filled with depression, insomnia, and a body drenched in sweat from no AC.<\/p>\n

As the dawn breaks, I finally feel some relief as it\u2019s cool enough to meditate. I ease in, desperate for peace, and within moments, the renovation next door starts drilling and hammering in the exact spot where my head is on their side of the wall.\ud83d\ude31 \ud83e\udd22 \ud83d\ude21<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If there was ever a sign that THIS IS NOT WORKING, \u2b06\ufe0f this was that moment for me.<\/h4>\n

My higher, wounded self said, \u201cF*ck this! I\u2019m prioritizing my well-being as the only<\/strong><\/span> measure of success.\u201d\ud83d\udca5<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the deal: while I was going through the motions of healing, I was far from prioritizing<\/span> it. My attention was fixated on being born into messed-up family dynamics and what a failed entrepreneur I was. So I was muscling my way through, trying to control it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I had doubled down on being a victim + beating myself up about it around the clock. To truly prioritize my inner harmony, I knew a lot needed to change\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n

\ud83d\uded1I let go of prospecting or desperately trying to figure out the next pivot, deleted the webinars I had signed up for but didn\u2019t need, stopped reading business books, canceled all non-essential meetings, and gave myself actual space to heal.<\/p>\n

I invested heavily in sound baths, yin restorative, reiki, aroma therapy, breathwork, and women\u2019s somatics in my soul sister\u2019s studio<\/a>. l meditated more, tracked my heart coherence, harnessed the law of attraction, worked with a medicine woman and psychotherapist. I got as much unity with nature as possible and reconnected with my chosen family.<\/p>\n

AKA, I doubled down on my values.<\/p>\n

Looking back, it was like I gave my dehydrated and nearly dead mind, body, and spirit an IV to save me from myself. In 90 days, I invested in 136 wellness experiences.<\/strong> \ud83e\udd2f \u2763\ufe0fYup, I legit counted.<\/em><\/p>\n

Since April is Stress Awareness Month, it felt particularly timely to share what changed and what I learned from this deep immersion that can serve you, too\u2026<\/h4>\n

  1. \ud83e\uddfc Clean Container<\/strong>. My entire body was riddled with stress, and my negative self-talk kept it stuck in that energy. After saturating myself in a container of healing, it was like my mind, body, and spirit got a welcomed scrub down. Within that container, when triggers came forward, I was able to flow with life\u2019s challenges with fewer (re)lapses and full permission to be human.<\/li>\n
  2. \ud83e\udec2Swap-out Success!<\/strong> When a friend invited me to meet, I\u2019d ask if they\u2019d be up for a sound bath instead of happy hour. I was shocked by how much everyone was down. We both left with deeper inner harmony and catch-up time over tea in a zen space. My new high-vibe swap-out!<\/li>\n
  3. \ud83e\udde0Abundant Mindset<\/strong>. Instead of being a victim of my life circumstances, I focused on the gifts that came with them. I knew<\/span> this happened so that I could coach more people who can relate to it in the future. I was brewing my medicine the whole time.And I focused on appreciating what Baltimore had that I couldn\u2019t access in Idaho. Like my spa-like bathroom and claw-foot tub with unlimited water. \ud83d\udec0 And a wellness studio that takes me just as long to get to as it would to go down our driveway out west.   4. \ud83e\uddf2 Attract What You Are.<\/strong> After trying to force change to happen on my timeline, when I finally surrendered to knowing it was happening exactly on time, my anxiety lifted. This new priority allowed me to redirect my focus onto my authentic self through my values.Living your values is ALWAYS the path to attracting more of what you want.As a result of this life experiment, I\u2019m proud to say that:\n
