Last week’s sold-out Launch Party celebrated the past 7 months of work and findings from Phase I of our High Achieving Millennial Research Project.
The vibrant energy in the room was tangible, the connections were meaningful and the response to our project was overwhelmingly positive. Check out the photos.
As the founder of this work, it’s equal parts thrilling and humbling to have birthed a concept and built a following so quickly. This started as a fun survey my intern and I created at my dining room table that I was sending to my badass friend’s last summer. Now it’s a nationally tested, vetted and a statistically significant piece of research that I couldn’t be more proud to be behind. Our SparkVision tribe, especially our Research Director, deserves so much credit for the thoughtful and intense amount of work that was put into this.
We shared our top insights on the workplace environments in which high achieving millennials thrive. Which included organizational culture and values with breakdowns on ethnicity, gender, and age within the generation. To read them all, download our White Paper.
With Phase II of our research launched we ask that you help us by participating in the study or sending it to a high achieving millennial in your life. Our goal is 1,000 participants and we’re less than 20% there. Will you help? Take or Share the Survey
Thank you to our partners Price Modern and The Pleasure of Your Company for making our event experience so memorable.
